Fennel and Pear Soup

A recipe from the cookbook, Honestly Healthy. Just showing university cooking doesn’t have to be take away paired with loads of alcohol. Can have a healthy way of life.
Took about 40 minutes and served two.
Very nutritious and paired with homemade spelt bread it was a perfect warming dinner.
Fennel provides good support to the liver for cleansing. Both pear and fennel are packed with potassium. Potassium is the most alkalising of all the minerals, it helps regulate fluid retention in body, ensuring that all nutrients are delivered to where they are needed and preventing any possibility of dehydration at a cellular level.
