100g frozen banana
50 ml semi-skimmed milk (or other dairy alternatives)
1 tsp sweetener/honey/agave/etc.
Place all in blender and blend until smooth.
Add more sweetener or less to taste.
You can scoop into a bowl and eat right then and there. On the other hand if you want more of a frozen yogurt texture put in the freeze for a few hours and eat later. This delightful goodie will really satisfy your dessert cravings. Plus it provides great nutritional benefits for you.
